Clare Wallace
Occupational Therapy Lead
Clare has substantial experience working with children and families across health, education, disability services, charities and private practice in Queensland and the United Kingdom.
During her time as a Highly Specialised Children’s Community OT in Oxford, Clare was invited to be the Occupational Therapy contributing author to the Oxford Handbook of Community Paediatrics.
As the Lead Paediatric Occupational Therapist for children aged 0-18 years, Clare and her team won the Isle of Wight National Health Service Trust Award for Improving Services for Children and Young People.
Since returning to Australia, Clare has delivered best practice early intervention, focusing on the individual needs of each child and family.
Naomi Tesdorpf
Occupational Therapist
Naomi has a big heart for kids. Her passion for OT comes from her deep desire for all children (and their families) to know they have great worth, value and purpose. Naomi is a paediatric OT having worked in early childhood early intervention (ECEI), community health and private practice. Naomi is also an accredited advanced Gymnastics Coach with over 10 years experience.
Growing skills in a fun and friendly environment where children can take their time, be challenged at their ‘just right level’ and be built up in confidence and sense of self is her passion. Naomi loves to journey with children and their families as they grow into being the best they can be, thriving in all parts of their life.
Caitlin Lee
Speech Pathologist
Caitlin has a strong passion for working with children and adults of all backgrounds to achieve the most meaningful and functional goals. With extensive practice across a variety of work settings, Caitlin has experience working with children and adults with physical and neurological conditions, those using augmentative and alternative communication systems, children requiring early intervention and children and adults with complex needs.
Caitlin strongly believes in using individualised and evidence-based practice to ensure that therapy is enjoyable for everyone.
Georgia Hilsdon
Provisional Psychologist
Georgia completed her Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Bachelor of Justice, majoring in Criminology and Policing. Following this, Georgia completed her Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours Psychology) postgraduate degree.
Throughout the course of her studies at QUT, Georgia developed a deep understanding and appreciation for psychological theory and the importance of fostering meaningful client relationships.
She has a strong passion for helping children and adolescents to improve their coping skills, build resilience and achieve their goals leading to a fulfilling and happy life. In her spare time Georgia enjoys listening to 80’s music, playing volleyball and walking her dog, Pippa.
Anna Davies

Hi there! My name’s Anna and I am a new graduate Occupational Therapist. I studied at Australian Catholic University. I am passionate about working with children and families to achieve goals and create smiles. I’ve had several experiences working with children… one of the most exciting was a placement in Vietnam. I visited numerous places to help children achieve their goals including dressing and handwriting. It was a very fun, eye-opening and challenging experience.
I’m always excited to work with children as they bring so much joy to life! In my spare time I like to go to the gym, read novels, watch some Netflix and hang out with my friends. I also enjoy shopping!
Silvia Pear
Speech Pathologist
Silvia loves working with children, their families and other professionals within a multidisciplinary framework, and strongly believes in providing a holistic and functional therapy approach.
She is an energetic, bubbly and empathetic person who enjoys building relationships with clients and their families, making sure that therapy is fun.
She enjoys working with children in the areas of early intervention (late talkers), ASD, speech sounds/articulation, preschool and primary school language, and literacy.
Silvia is trained in Sounds-Write, an evidence-based literacy program and has experience working in schools, hospitals, early intervention, diagnostic centres and in private practice clinics in Melbourne and Brisbane. She also speaks Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian.
Joshua Lai
Occupational Therapist
Josh is a passionate paediatric occupational therapist who works with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes. He has experience working with children who are non-verbal, experience difficulties with gross and fine motor skills and emotional regulation. Josh highly values communication and a family centred approach to therapy.
In his free time, Josh enjoys playing badminton, reading comics and trying out different foods!
Tulika Guha
Speech Pathologist
Tulika has experience working with children with a variety of presentations, including complex conditions such as anxiety, epilepsy, intellectual disability, dementia, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, ASD, ADHD, PTSD and Functional Neurological Disorder.
She has experience in implementing both high-tech and low-tech augmentative and alternative communication systems and providing group education where necessary.
She is trained in internationally accredited programs such as PROMPT and LSVT and has upskilled in key word sign, cued articulation, and jaw grading and stability.
Using her knowledge and experience, she aims to assist clients and their families to fulfil their goals and have communication skills to effectively participate in their community.
Sashelle Aitken
Provisional Psychologist
Sashelle started her career as a therapy assistant for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and had most recently worked as an early childhood early intervention (ECEI) coordinator, working with children with various disabilities and presentations.
She has a passion for understanding complex child behaviour and the family unit as a whole. During her time as an ECEI Coordinator, Sashelle has developed a thorough understanding of the NDIS for children aged 0-7 and has experience working with families to organise and achieve their goals.
Lauren Mottola
Occupational Therapist
Lauren is a fun, creative and motivated occupational therapist who has a strong passion for working with children and their families. She has experience working with children and adolescents from 18 months to 18 years with a range of conditions and who are all unique in their interests, goals, preferences and needs.
With evidence-based practice at the forefront of intervention, she has experience providing individualised therapy for those experiencing difficulties with fine and gross motor skills, self-management, emotional regulation, social skills, play skills and sensory processing challenges.
Lauren enjoys seeing children learn, adapt and gain a sense of accomplishment through collaborative intervention with families and carers and is dedicated to ensuring therapy is evidence-based, fun and engaging.
Maddison Dragt
Occupational Therapist
Maddison is an occupational therapist with a diverse background. She completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science with a major in psychology before completing her Master in Occupational Therapy.
Se has worked as a disability support worker and therapy assistant for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Most recently, she worked as an occupational therapist in a private paediatric practice in Victoria before moving to Brisbane.
Her goals as a practitioner are for children to reach their full potential and to aid in building better futures for children with additional needs and their families.
Linda Agyei-Yeboah
Speech Pathologist
Linda is a speech pathologist, having graduated from the University of Queensland in 2017.
She has worked with clients and families across the lifespan with a particular focus on early intervention. She has worked within the NDIS early intervention sector as a planner and therapist and thus can relate to the process families have to go through to get NDIS funding.
She enjoys working collaboratively with clients, families, and other health professionals that are part of a client’s care. She strives to provide evidence based, quality care to support clients in their goals. As part of her journey as a lifelong learner she has been trained in PECS (picture exchange communication system) – Level 1 and PROMPT (level 1) and in other areas including teletherapy, early intervention, and speech sound disorders.
Megan Puckering

Megan has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and throughout her education, she has always had a passion for working with children and their families.
She aims to work with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals by employing a client-centred approach, integrating a variety of evidence-based interventions.
She has a compassionate approach and aims to create a comfortable, safe space for clients.
Megan believes in the importance of early intervention to develop psychological skills so that clients can reach their full potential.
Tieri Osborn
Occupational Therapist
Tieri has unique OT experience, having previously worked as a rural generalist occupational therapist. It was here she expanded her knowledge and passion in paediatrics.
Tieri’s special interests include working with children with ASD, ADHD/ADD, learning delays, and emotional regulation and sensory processing difficulties.
Tieri is a playful, yet professional therapist who takes her time to listen to her clients and incorporates a child’s strengths and interests to create a motivating and engaging learning environment.
Tieri has a natural gift for building therapeutic relationships with children and their families and endeavours to support her clients to reach their full potential at home and in their communities.

More than just a trusty mascot, George is a familiar face and a symbol of trust, support and care at Pepper Kids Therapy.
You never know where you will find George, swinging from the roof, playing in the sensory gym, eating a banana, or snoozing on an armchair.
