Michael Lovelock

Michael is one of our occupational therapists working at the Logan clinic. He is an optimistic, friendly person who loves helping others and watching them grow. He enjoys learning, which is clear from his Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice from LaTrobe University. This passion has stemmed from various experiences Michael has had in and outside of his studies.

Michael’s professional interests include Autism Spectrum Disorder, family-centred practice, toileting, sensory processing and interoception difficulties. Michael’s dream is to give every child a chance at being independent.

Outside of the clinic, Michael has facilitated youth groups for teenagers (ages 12-18) to help them gain confidence and create lasting relationships. He has also spent time living and volunteering in Indonesia. Michael loves spending time with his wife & baby, playing guitar and fantasising over the next Marvel movie.
