Anitra is a paediatric occupational therapist passionate about supporting children and families to participate meaningfully in everyday life. Practising since 2024, her experience as an occupational therapy assistant and support worker gave her a strong foundation in hands-on, family-centred care. She is committed to early intervention, empowering children to build confidence, develop functional skills, and thrive in daily activities, play, and learning within a safe and nurturing environment.

Approach to Therapy

Anitra takes a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy, focusing on each child’s abilities while supporting areas of challenge. She firmly believes that identifying and nurturing a child's inherent strengths lays the foundation for their overall development. She works collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop individualised, meaningful goals and tailored intervention plans.
