Kristine Stone

Kristine is a registered psychologist who is committed to working with clients and their families to develop
the required skills to thrive. She believes in a collaborative approach with clients, their families and
extended support including schools and other allied health professionals to reach their goals. Her work
focuses on using therapeutic play, an approach tailored for children 12 years and under that uses play to
allow children to express and manage emotions along with developing appropriate coping skills. Kristine
strives to support a family centred holistic approach for adolescents and older individuals to facilitate a
safe environment to develop meaningful skills with positive outcomes. Kristine works to target ineffective
behaviours, emotional regulation, interpersonal dynamics such as social skills and coping skills with a
passion for providing both one on one and group interventions.
