Nicole Coutts

Nicole brings a well-rounded mix of customer service and clinical administration experience to Pepper Kids Therapy. Nicole spent 14 years in IT customer service, developing strong communication and organisational skills before successfully transitioning into the health sector, first as a dental assistant and later a clinic manager.

With experience supporting both clients and clinicians, Nicole is dedicated to creating a positive and efficient experience for families at Pepper Kids Therapy. She is also currently working towards her Diploma in Practice Management, further strengthening her knowledge in healthcare administration.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing board games, immersing herself in fantasy novels and binging the Great British Bake Off.
