About Raymond Raymond supports children, young people, and their families to navigate mental health challenges through thoughtful and evidence-informed care. His background includes supporting rural and international boarding students, work across community and home settings in the NDIS sector, and experience in public community mental health services supporting young people during times of acute distress. Raymond is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, therapeutic space where children feel heard and supported. He values curiosity, playfulness, and collaboration with families to build confidence, resilience, and highlight children’s strengths as they grow. Special Interests Approach to Therapy Raymond takes a strengths-based and flexible approach to therapy, with a focus on celebrating both effort and progress. He works collaboratively with children and families, meeting each young person where they are while supporting them to move toward meaningful and achievable goals. Raymond aims to create therapy experiences that feel empowering, supportive, and tailored to each child’s unique needs and strengths.
