About Serena

Serena is a registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor, holding a Master of Applied Psychology (Counselling) degree. At Pepper Kids Therapy, she leads the psychology team, collaborating closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to support clients. 

Serena adopts a warm and client-centred approach, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She uses evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), strength-based, attachment- and schema-informed approaches, and play therapy, tailoring support to each child’s and family’s unique experiences and strengths, and goals.

Multilingual in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and with over 10 years of experience across corporate, aged care, and private practice settings, Serena brings broad lifespan and culturally informed knowledge in her work.

Outside the clinic, Serena enjoys staying active and spending quality time with her family and friends.
