About Zoe
Zoe leads Growth & Innovation at Pepper Kids Therapy, championing service excellence and shaping new, evidence-informed ways for our teams to support children and families.
Since beginning her career as a paediatric Occupational Therapist in 2010, Zoe has worked across hospital and community settings, building a rich and well-rounded practice. She values genuine partnership with families, walking alongside children from infancy through adolescence as they grow, participate, and discover their strengths.

Approach to Therapy
Zoe is inspired by the spark of confidence a child feels when they master something new. Her approach is strengths-focused, and flexible - designed to meet each child and family where they are. She works collaboratively with families to create supports that feel achievable, meaningful, and empowering.

Away from work, Zoe finds joy in swimming, tending to her garden, and heading off on camping adventures with her husband and two children.
