About Erica

Erica is a Senior Speech Pathologist and Team Leader at Eight Mile Plains, with experience working with children and families across a range of developmental profiles. She has strong interests in neurodiversity-affirming practice and mealtime support. Alongside clinical work, Erica brings strengths in leadership, supervision, and service development, and is particularly interested in contributing to high-quality, ethical practice through reflective supervision and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Erica particularly values working with other professionals to support families.
