About Versha Versha is a Speech-Language Pathologist at the Eight Mile Plains clinic, having earned her Master of Speech Pathology from The University of Queensland. She is passionate about early intervention and supporting paediatric communication development through individualised, evidence-based care. Versha enjoys working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, partnering with occupational therapists and psychologists to provide holistic, child-centred support. Her approach emphasises building strong relationships with families and empowering each child to reach their full potential. Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Sindhi, Versha is committed to delivering culturally responsive services that respect and reflect the diverse backgrounds of the families she works with. Special Interests Approach to Therapy Versha uses a strengths-based, child-centred approach that builds on each client’s interests and existing abilities to support meaningful communication. Therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on promoting confidence, participation, and functional skills across everyday settings.
