Yusra Parkar

Provisional Psychologist (Upper Coomera)

About Yusra

Yusra is a Provisional Psychologist and completed her psychological training in the UK, a BSc in Psychology with Management and an MSc in Early Intervention in Psychosis. She is passionate about working with children and adolescents, bringing experience from educational youth work, learning support, hospitals, and crisis intervention.

Yusra has extensive experience working with secondary school students, demonstrating a strong understanding of barriers to engagement, alternative learning strategies, and social-emotional challenges.

She believes that therapy is most effective when young people feel truly heard, validated, and respected.
