Why the team
Loves working at Pepper Kids
I love working with children and their families and seeing them overcome their challenges and hitting their goals. I love seeing their progress of their first words and signs. That's why I do what I do. I love the vision of Pepper Kids and seeing the organisation grow.
I love working at Pepper Kids Therapy because of my team, collaborating not competing and being able to support children and their families.
I love working with the kids at PKT, they are all so different and I like being able to make an impact on those who are vulnerable and looking to adults for some guidance and helping their parents and guardians to implement support and changes. I love that I get to sit and do all of this whilst playing with dolls and slime.
I love working at Pepper Kids Therapy, the people here and work place culture that is being cultivated is really nice. There is a genuine heart to be collaborative. Great processes have already been set out that makes completing the work a lot easier.
I just love the team environment and how everyone in the organisation gets along and supports one another.
We have such a great team, everyone is really approachable and helpful, and there are no barriers when it comes to communicating with everyone in the organisation. Everyone works as a team!
I feel so supported and trusted to do my job at all times.
I like that everyone is so approachable, everyone is always willing to help out and talk about clients, etc. if needed. There's a lot of teamwork and socialising and like having the social committee and events.
I love being able to work in a multidisciplinary team to be able to collaboratively support clients to meet their goals.
Team culture is really good, we have an open door policy where anyone can ask questions and feel comfortable. Everyone is approachable.
Love the team environment, it's a pleasure to work with everyone and strive to reach the same goals. Very approachable and welcoming environment. Enjoying seeing my clients and everyone is a pleasure to provide services for.
I love working at Pepper Kids Therapy because it's a place where potential meets possibility. It’s not just a job - it's a commitment to being a part of creating extraordinary transformations in children's lives that are not just effective but genuinely life-changing.
I love the team environment here at PKT, the multidisciplinary team is amazing and makes me feel consistently supported in my role as a speech pathologist!
The PKT team is full of thoroughly amazing humans with incredibly big hearts and an unending drive to help their clients, colleagues, and communities. Our clients and their families make every work day so meaningful! They are so dedicated and they constantly work so hard with their therapists in and out of sessions! I love being involved in building trusting working relationships with our clients and their families, so that they know that they are safe, that they are heard, and that we truly care about them, their personal situations, and their goals. But most of all, seeing my kiddos and their families thrive fills my heart with joy and makes me so proud of the work that we all do.
I love working at PKT as there is a genuine stride for excellence, growth and support. There is always time for each other with mutual respect and recognition. This kind of environment is rare to find, it allows us to work in a place that is encouraging. This brings out the best in all of us and helps us to provide a fun and engaged space to support our clients and the communities we operate in.
I enjoy that I get the opportunity to get to know the people I work with better through our shared lunches, lunchtime activities and outside of work activities that are organised regularly. Being in a space with people that you enjoy working with makes it so much easier to collaborate and work together.
PKT has an amazing company culture because every co-worker truly embodies what PKT stands for: Positivity, Kindness and Teamwork. I appreciate and love the relationships I have with my co-workers who are so supportive and are inspirational to me. I also love how PKT values their employees in every way whether it be acting on feedback received, investing in team building events, and providing ample support to ensure our health, wellbeing and career progression. Thank you PKT!
There are so many reasons to love working at PKT. The culture is second to none with a strong focus on positivity, kindness, and teamwork in everything we do. We have shared values and goals to help our community which makes the work we do so meaningful and rewarding to be a part of. The people are what really make PKT so amazing, each member of our team is incredibly open and supportive of each other, and show genuine care for one another. There is also always something exciting happening as well such as social events, lunchtime games or activities, an annual fundraising bake sale, our annual cob loaf competition, and the list goes on!
I love working at PKT because everyone is so supportive. The culture is awesome and really genuine. Everyone actually cares about the wellbeing of not just our clients, but also each other. My colleagues can always tell if I am struggling and are always there to check in on me and listen, and will try to help out.
I get weekly supervision and can always chat with the rest of my team who are always around. The rest of the PKT team are always just a message away and someone is always there to answer any questions.
I do not have to worry about organising my calendar as it is all done for me so I can focus on delivering the best support to my clients. I love that I can make suggestions as to the resources I need - and the resources I suggest actually get purchased!
If I have a concern it is always followed up and discussed as to how things can be improved to make it better for not just myself, but for everyone!
Overall, I love the culture, support and the fact that I can just focus on helping the children and their families to work towards their goals.
