Snehal is a Senior Occupational Therapist & Team Leader with 17 years of experience, dedicated to empowering children to reach their full potential. Snehal has extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, high-risk infants, and learning disabilities. She excels in designing individualised therapy plans that enhance fine and gross motor skills, visual-motor integration, and self-regulation. Her approach is client-centred, focusing on collaboration with families, educators, and professionals to create a holistic and supportive therapy experience. Snehal also provides external supervision in pediatric practice (qualified 2007, Master’s in Occupational Therapy with Pediatrics elective). She supports reflective practice, clinical decision-making, and caseload management. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focused on building clinician confidence and improving outcomes for children and families.
