Sarah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and produce their best work. Sarah continues to maintain an amazing culture for the Pepper Kids Therapy team because she stands by our mission that providing a space where people love their work leads to the best outcomes for children and their families that seek our services.

Sarah loves seeing a team member flourish within their role and continue to grow and expand within the organisation, which ultimately drives her enthusiasm to continue doing what she does best.

Outside of work you will find Sarah spending time with her family outdoors. This is generally by the beach, skate park or out exploring waterfalls. Sarah's taste in music may surprise you and she is a lover of motorsports at heart, following the V8 Supercars, which her sons have now come to love also.
