Wendy Tan

Wendy is a speech pathologist who sees a bright future for every child. She has a calm and encouraging presence, and welcomes every child to be themselves. Wendy brings many years of experience providing speech pathology services in primary school, high school and special school settings. Her areas of expertise include speech, language, literacy, fluency (stuttering), complex communication needs, and AAC (augmentative & alternative communication). 

Wendy has worked extensively with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations, and loves supporting families from bilingual backgrounds. She also has a passion for supporting school-aged children and children working towards school-readiness, and incorporates her understanding of the school system into her work as a speech pathologist. 

Wendy is always looking for ways to make therapy fun and functional, and ensure that families receive the knowledge and support that they need. She is always ready to listen and is focussed on solutions.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys making music, drinking (way too much) coffee, and going on everyday adventures with her family and friends.
